The main characteristic of this folding knife is the long narrow and very sharp blade that makes it suitable to cut different food like soft and hard cheese, wurstel and sausages, cold cuts and different vegetables and fruit. The blade is available in two versions: - smooth edge blade - smooth edge with serrated tip blade ( "D" ) The knife can be provided with the fork (also available with integrated cap-opener on demand “ A ”) that makes the tasting easier avoiding to touch the food with the fingers.
