Consorzio Coltellinai Maniago Srl (hereafter referred to as "MKM") reserves the right to make improvements to the Products without any prior notice obligation. Texts, descriptions, specifications and contents of the Website and/or the Documents and Information Materials may be modified accordingly.

1.    Warranty and Methods of Service

1.1 Right of return for exchange and/or cancellation of Purchase Order
The User may exercise the right of return for exchange or return with refund of the purchase price.
The User (or Consumer) is defined as "the natural person who acts for purposes unrelated to any entrepreneurial, commercial, artisanal or professional activity carried out". Users are not: legal entities; entities other than natural persons with non-profit purposes (associations, foundations, committees); natural persons who qualify as "professionals".
To activate the return procedure, notify info@mkm.it by email within 7 (seven) days from when the product was delivered:
- Item Code + Quantity for each Item + Invoice/Purchase Order Number and Date.
The product must be returned undamaged NOT used, handled only to establish the nature, characteristics and operation of the product.
If the returned product is: damaged (e.g. with signs of wear, scratches, deformation, etc.) or not complete with all its elements and accessories including the original outer/inner packaging, the return of the product will not be accepted and the product will be made available to the User.

1.2 Defects and non-conformities
MKM warrants that its products are free from defects in material or product manufacture.
Excluded from this warranty are defects in the Products resulting from:
- improper or inadequate use (modifications made by the User, incorrect use, incorrect/missed maintenance, etc.),
- indirect damages or damages from events caused by force majeure,
- defects attributable to natural wear and tear of the product.
Any defects and non-conformities must be reported via email to info@mkm.it specifying:
- Item Code + Quantity for each Item + Invoice/Purchase Order Number and Date.
- Indication of the defect and/or non-conformity found
- Indication of the mode of use (if used)
- At least no. 1 picture/video of the product defect.
Following receipt of all of the above, if the return of the product is authorized, MKM will provide the User with the return authorization code (RMA No.) via e-mail.
Authorization to return the Products shall in no way constitute recognition of defects or non-conformities, the existence of which must be ascertained subsequent to the return.
If the defect or non-conformity is recognized, MKM reserves the right to repair or replace the product, or to refund the User the price of the product paid at the time of purchase.
In case of repair or replacement, the current warranty period will not be interrupted or reset.

1.3 Return Instructions
Any return must be authorized by MKM who will provide the User with the return authorization code (RMA No.) via e-mail.
The return (when authorized) shall be made by the User at its own expense within 7 (seven) days of receipt of the return authorization code (RMA No.) to the following address:

Use traceable shipping means only (i.e. FedEx, UPS, DHL).
Enter a nominal goods value, if needed, of EUR/US$ 10.00 Maximum.
The return authorization code (RMA No.) must be clearly specified on the package containing the product being returned.
Shipments without a return authorization code (RMA No.) will be rejected.
The product must be returned in perfect hygienic condition.
Risk (theft, loss or damage of the product), liability and direct costs of return/shipping are the responsibility of the User.

1.4 Refund
If MKM decides to refund the User the price of the product paid at the time of purchase, such refund will be deducted from the purchase price of another product to be made within one year of such communication.
Shipping costs incurred in shipping will be deducted. On products offered with free shipping, a flat rate of 10.00 Euro will be withheld for shipments within Italy, 20 Euro for shipments within the European Union, 30 Euro for shipments to the rest of the world.
The costs of customs clearance or any certificates required for the sale of products shipped outside the European Union will also be withheld.

1.5 Exclusions
The right of withdrawal is excluded for purchases of customized or custom-packaged products (including, for example, all products for which engraving services have been performed), perishable products, or sealed products that, for safety or health reasons, do not lend themselves to their return after opening.
The right of withdrawal is excluded for purchases by customers recognized as: legal entities; entities other than natural persons with non-profit purposes (associations, foundations, committees); natural persons who qualify as "professionals".

1.6 Liability
MKM is not liable for any damage or loss, whether direct or indirect, resulting from delays or failure to deliver products, including products in storage at collection points in the event that the end user was unable to receive the product, or any other circumstance not directly attributable to MKM.
